Laura is founder and CEO of Magnolia Swimwear, a boutique swimwear line for women (@magnolia.swim). She started the business less than a year ago and it has been growing quickly ever since. In the episode, we talk about what it took to start the business and what challenges she has faced thus far. When Laura is not making waves with Magnolia Swimwear, she is working her day job at Intel. This lead me to ask her questions about her thought on being a woman working in a Fortune 500 company.
